What You’ll Do
Work closely with a team of 40+ people (participation in recruiting, onboarding, performance review, development, evaluation, team building, rotation);
Form partnerships with teams and leads on employee relations issues;
Participate in the development of the team roadmap;
Conduct meetings, interviews;
Analyse the labour market;
Implement and maintain HR strategy based on business goals;
Monitor employee status and improve cross-team communication;
Monitor and analyse HR metrics;
Uphold corporate culture, develop employee loyalty and engagement.
We Expect
HR BP/ HR D experience of 2+ years;
Experience working with product, marketing and administrative teams;
Experience implementing existing HR processes in new teams;
Willingness to work in a new project startup;
Strategic planning skills;
English proficiency—C1 or higher;
Ability to independently plan your working hours and work in a multitasking mode, responsible approach to the tasks;
Proactive approach;
Successful experience of working in a team and the ability to accept feedback.
