What You’ll Do
Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals;
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals;
Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles;
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates;
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback;
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies;
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruiting activities;
Continuously seek new sourcing strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
We Expect
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
Familiarity with LinkedIn; experience with international job boards is a plus;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands;
Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary.
