International Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in various countries.

What You’ll Do
- Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals;
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals;
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates;
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies;
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruiting activities;
- Continuously seek new sourcing strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
We Expect
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with LinkedIn; experience with international job boards is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands;
- Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary.
