What You’ll Do
Daily cash management;
Reconciliation of payment accounts;
Cash flow planning;
Identify, design, and recommend solutions and emerging technology to optimize treasury process and reporting to support rapidly evolving business requirements;
Ensuring compliance with requirements for payment transactions;
Administration of bank and partner relationships (powers of attorney, KYC, etc.);
Bank reporting;
Providing analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to senior management;
Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance and reduce risk.
We Expect
At least 2 years of experience in finance department;
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar;
Fluency in Russian and English is a must;
Preferable banking payments or/and payments business experience;
Strong understanding and knowledge of banking processes, controls, and policies;
Knowledge of different payment methods and routes, along with strong mathematical, analytical skills;
Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers;
Excellent knowledge in Excel (mandatory);
Good understanding of accounting software;
Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Team player;
Good communication skills;
Ready for relocation.
