In our work, we adhere to a Data Driven approach, so we are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will help the team explore the market, test hypotheses and monitor how changes affect our key indicators.
— Regularly conduct brand awareness and brand equity research;
— Market research: assessment of capacity and market share;
— Research of the company’s customers and potential audience: determination of relevant research methods, research design creation, processing and validation of the data obtained, research results presentation, hypotheses formulation;
— Planning and forecasting of business metrics;
— Participation in brainstorms and projects of the marketing team /analysts team.

— Experience in surveys and interviews conducting and in analyses of the results, knowledge of various methods /platforms / tools for conducting marketing research;
— Knowledge of marketing and product indicators (including LTV, ROI, CPA, CPM);
— Knowledge of approaches to customer segmentation (ABC, RFM and others);
— Ability to write queries using SQL;
— Knowledge of English at the B1 intermediate level and above;
— Experience in forecasting business metrics;
— Experience in cohort analysis;
— Experience in modern analysis methods and frameworks for marketing purposes (JTBD, Affinity Index, etc.);
— Experience in using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
